Welcome to NovellaVX! As a platform dedicated to creating immersive audio storytelling experiences through AI technology, we value every listener and partner. This policy is designed to clearly and transparently explain the rules regarding membership subscriptions, content tipping, and partner revenue withdrawals on the NovellaVX platform, and complies with applicable laws of the State of Wyoming and U.S. federal regulations.

Part 1: Definitions and Scope

In this policy, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:

NovellaVX	Refers to this platform and its operator, NovellaVX LLC, a company duly registered under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Platform	Refers to the NovellaVX official website (www.novellavx.com) and its related mobile applications.
Partner Creator	Refers to a specific content partner who has executed a formal written cooperation agreement with NovellaVX LLC and provides content on the platform, entitled to revenue distribution.
Listener/User	Refers to an ordinary user who listens to content, purchases membership subscriptions, or tips for works on NovellaVX.
Platform Revenue	Refers to the withdrawable balance accumulated by Partner Creators through advertising revenue sharing, listener tips (after deduction of platform service fees), and other sources.
Membership Subscription	Refers to a recurring paid service purchased by users to unlock exclusive audio content, ad-free listening, higher audio quality, and other benefits.

Part 2: Refund Policy

1. Membership Subscription Refunds

1.1 General Policy

Due to the immediate accessibility and consumability of digital audio content upon purchase, all membership subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. You may cancel auto-renewal through your account settings before the end of your current subscription period, but fees already paid for the current period will not be refunded.

1.2 Refund Exception — Statutory Withdrawal Rights for EU/EEA/UK Users

If you are a resident of an EU member state, a European Economic Area country, or the United Kingdom, and you are acting as a consumer, you have a statutory 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal.

Important Notice: By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that the NovellaVX membership service will commence immediately upon the date of purchase, and you acknowledge that you have been informed that once the service begins, your statutory withdrawal right is lost.

1.3 Discretionary Refunds by the Platform

In rare and exceptional circumstances (such as complete service unavailability due to platform technical failures), NovellaVX may, at its sole discretion, decide whether to issue a refund or account credit as compensation. Such decisions are made at the platform's sole discretion and do not constitute a precedent or obligation for similar future situations.

2. Tipping Refunds

2.1 General Policy

All tips made to works or specific content are voluntary and non-refundable. Listeners should confirm the following before tipping:

Tipping is a voluntary expression of recognition and encouragement for the content.
The tip amount is determined solely by the user.
Once a tip is sent, the transaction is deemed complete and cannot be reversed by either the platform or the Partner Creator.

2.2 Tips by Minors

If sufficient evidence is provided to prove that a tip was made by a minor without the consent of their legal guardian, NovellaVX will review the case and handle it on a case-by-case basis at its discretion. Please submit relevant supporting documentation through official channels.

3. Fraud and Dispute Handling

If you discover any unauthorized transactions on your account, please contact the platform immediately via customer service email support@novellavx.com. We will investigate and, upon verification, take appropriate measures including but not limited to account freezing and assistance in fund recovery. NovellaVX assumes no refund obligation for completed legal transactions that are not caused by platform errors.

Part 3: Partner Creator Withdrawal Policy

1. Applicable Parties and Scope

Current Status: As of the effective date of this policy, content on the NovellaVX platform is primarily officially operated in-house or co-produced with specific contracted partners.

Important Notice: The platform has not yet opened independent creator onboarding, content uploading, or revenue withdrawal functions to the general public. The "Withdrawal Policy" in this Part currently applies only to specific content partners who have executed a formal written cooperation agreement with NovellaVX LLC. Ordinary users (listeners) are not able to apply to become creators or initiate withdrawals through platform features.

If and when the platform officially opens its creator ecosystem to the public in the future, we will publish announcements and update this policy accordingly through official website notices, email communications, and other channels in advance.

2. Withdrawal Eligibility

Partner Creators must meet all of the following conditions before submitting a withdrawal request:

Account in Good Standing: The partner account has not been suspended or restricted due to violations of the Terms of Service.
Minimum Withdrawal Threshold Met: Accumulated platform revenue reaches 50 USD or above.
Identity Verification (KYC) Completed: Has passed the platform-required identity authentication process (e.g., providing identification documents, tax information, etc.).
Valid Payment Method Linked: Has linked a bank account or third-party payment account (such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.) in the creator's own name that supports USD receipts.

3. Withdrawal Application and Processing Procedure

3.1 Initiating a Withdrawal

Partner Creators may submit a withdrawal request by clicking the "Apply for Withdrawal" button on the [Creator Studio] - [Settlement Center] page in their account.

3.2 Review and Processing Period

Review Period: The platform will complete the review within 5 business days after the withdrawal application is submitted.
Payment Period: Upon approval, funds will be disbursed to your linked payment account within 15 business days. Actual arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the bank or payment service provider.
Review Failure: If the review is not approved, the platform will inform you of the reason, and you may resubmit after correcting the information.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits

To ensure fund security and operational efficiency, the platform has established the following limits:

Minimum withdrawal per transaction: 50 USD
Maximum withdrawal per transaction: 10,000 USD
Monthly withdrawal frequency limit: Up to 5 times per month

4. Revenue Calculation and Confirmation

4.1 Sources of Revenue

Partner Creators' platform revenue may come from the following sources:

Ad Revenue Sharing: Calculated based on the number of plays of partner content and ad impressions.
Listener Tips: Net amount after deduction of platform service fees (specific percentages are set forth in the Creator Cooperation Agreement).
Platform Incentives: Bonuses received from participating in specific platform creation activities.

4.2 Revenue Confirmation and Deductions

All revenue will be credited to your account after data verification based on platform backend statistics.
Important Statement: NovellaVX reserves the right to deduct and zero out any revenue generated from abnormal traffic, bot activity, invalid clicks, fraudulent behavior, or other cheating activities, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability against the relevant partner.

5. Circumstances Where Withdrawal Is Not Available

Under the following circumstances, a partner's account balance will be temporarily or permanently non-withdrawable:

Account Under Risk Control: The account is under security review or dispute resolution.
Suspected Violations: The account is suspected of violating the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
Insufficient Balance: The balance does not meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of 50 USD.
Legal Restrictions: Payment cannot be completed due to applicable laws and regulations or restrictions in the jurisdiction of your receiving account.

Part 4: Special Regional Provisions

1. EU/EEA/UK Consumers

In addition to the 14-day withdrawal right mentioned above, under local regulations, you also have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital content that has not yet begun to be delivered, and refunds shall be made using the original payment method without incurring additional fees.

2. U.S. States and Other Countries

Different jurisdictions may have different mandatory requirements regarding refunds. NovellaVX LLC will strictly comply with the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal laws. If this policy conflicts with mandatory laws in your jurisdiction, the laws of your jurisdiction shall prevail.

Part 5: Policy Modification and Updates

NovellaVX reserves the right to modify this Refund and Withdrawal Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top will be revised accordingly.

For changes that materially affect users' rights, we will provide advance notice 30 days prior via email, in-platform messages, or website announcements. Your continued use of NovellaVX services constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
